Buttercream

Buttercream Frosting

1 cup (225g) butter
4-5 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup milk

Coloring as desired.

1. beat butter until creamy, scrape bowl.
2. add 4 cups of sifted powdered sugar, milk, beat until combined.
3. add more powdered sugar as needed to get piping consistency.
