Buttercream Frosting
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4-5 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup milk
50g semi-sweet chocolate
1. Melt the chocolate using double boiler or microwave and leave it to cool
2. beat butter until creamy, scrape bowl.
3. Add 4 cups of sifted powdered sugar, milk, beat until combined.
4. Add in the chocolate (must be cooled completely)
5. Add more powdered sugar as needed to get piping consistency.
